The basics are certainly there, good work on that. I'd recommend taking two pieces of cloth and making the body out of a cleanly cut outline of the body. Then make it's clothing out of one piece of cloth. After that I recommend making the hair and then attaching an already fully made hair to the top. Keep on it and have a nice day.
